Season 1
Coached by Heero Cobain for 2 weeks, the Redskins went on to be the only successful COA to COM team and in fact, became the most successful CPU team in season 1. The Redskins had an amazing season as the best team under coach CPU. They ended their season at 8 - 2 with more points scored than any other team. Their trifecta of awesomeness, QB Campbell, WR Moss, and RB Portis, were an unstoppable force that were knocked out of the playoffs by the Panthers who had beaten them earlier in the season.

They hold almost every offensive record in the JCL including #1 kicker, #1 Scoring WR, #2 RB and 2 of the top 3 scoring players in the JCL. They had an amazing season and one can only wonder if a team can be so successful, 2 seasons in a row.

Season 2
The Redskins were not the dominant offensive team they were last season but with a much improved defense, and being led by coach JoeSteveBob, the Redskins were able to take the NFC championship. Their 7 - 3 season is worst than their last but two of the games were very close and they could have easily been 9 - 1. They struggled in many of their games to put points on the board as RB Clinton Portis led the league in fumbles and fumbles lost. They lost the Tecmo Bowl against the New York Jets 7 - 20, ending their reign.

Their defense relied heavily on interceptions and they led the league with 22. Laron Landry and Fred Smoot were included in the pr0bowl game as DBs. While their offense wasn't spectacular as a whole, RB Portis and TE Chris Cooley also made it onto the pr0bowl team. Portis also broke the total rushing yards (in a game) record with 296 yards in one game, which is also the most rushing yards for a team (in a game).
