Season 1
Ending the season 4 - 6, the Patriots were one of the worst teams offensively but their defense made up for it. They had a decent record for a CPU and missed the playoffs in a tiebreaker against the Dolphins.

No individual player really stands out for the Patriots except for QB Matt Cassel who was 2nd in most passing yards in the JCL. Expect a lot more from this team next season when they receive a new coach.

Season 2
With coach Voltac taking over the team, the Patriots were destined for the playoffs. Voltac had previously coached the Steelers to the playoffs and he would repeat this accomplishment, including another loss during the first round playoffs. The Patriots had one of the top offenses in the JCL but also had one of the worst defenses. Their split running back style was quite a success but their season was ended thanks to the Titans who, for another season, unleashed their defense in the playoffs.

QB Matt Cassel once again proved to be a great QB and was 3rd in least interceptions thrown. His great arm was backed up by WR Randy Moss who ranked 2nd in the AFC for total receiving yards, putting him on the pr0bowl team. Kicker Stephen Gostkowski was also chosen for the AFC pr0bowl team.
