The Just Cope League (JCL) was formed October of 2008 to celebrate the awesomeness that is Tecmo Super Bowl for the SNES. When I stumbled upon Mr. NFL's 2008 roster ROM I was floored. People still play this game AND update the it with the most recent teams and rosters? I immediately showed all my friends and we decided to form our own league. What you see here is what has become of the JCL since its formation.
